Genesis Coaching & Consulting is a values-based human and organizational development firm committed to local and global development of women leaders and non-profit organizations.  We approach all of our work from a “whole systems” perspective in order to effectively facilitate individual as well as organizational growth.

We are dedicated Human Resource Development (HRD), Organizational Development (OD), Organizational Learning (OL), and Education professionals whose work is based in principles of collaboration, reflective practice, learning, and action-orientation. Our experience has shown that our work, based on these principles have produced long-term individual and organizational success.
