The Genesis Approach to Coaching Program Development

Within organizations, our goal is to help create coaching “systems” based on an evidence-based model that results in long-term self-evaluation, self-correction and increased self-confidence.   These coaching “systems” connect with and are integrated with other developmental programs, i.e., leadership, career, performance systems that train leaders to be coaches.  


Return on Investment (ROI) studies suggest “coaching initiatives are moving beyond simply being a series of one-on-one coaching relationships to becoming initiatives that impact leadership styles and company cultures; leaders are not just being coached; they are becoming coaches” (Anderson, 2008, The Philosophy & Practice of Coaching).  Our goal is to help create meaningful coaching “systems” that respond to the development needs of the whole organization.
