Fareed has over 20 years experiences in the areas of Leadership, and
Career/Life, Development, Coaching, Facilitation, and Non-Profit Organizational
Development Consulting. Her firm is committed to promoting
people-centered services and takes a systems approach to all of their work,
preferring to assist with development in all of the areas impacting individual,
group, or organizational growth.
Dr. Green Fareed has a special interest in the professional development of multi-cultural/ethnic women leaders, particularly disenfranchised women who work and live in diverse cultures and communities. She earned a Ph.D. in Human & Organizational Systems, is an Accredited Coach, and has received numerous certifications and training in Diversity and Race Relations.
